Competencies

Lee applies a systemic approach to therapy, recognizing that each individual is unique due to their specific circumstances and context. He works with clients by addressing the significant relationships in their lives, understanding that these relationships play a crucial role in their well-being. He equips clients through a variety of therapeutic techniques from Narrative Therapy, Emotion Focussed Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help clients identify emotions, build secure bonds, and re-author their experience.

Therapeutic Philosophy

Therapy is a collaborative process where clients are empowered to take an active role in their healing journey. By integrating systemic theory, Lee focuses on the connections between personal experiences and relational dynamics. He values helping clients develop insights into how their relationships and environments influence their behavior and emotions. Through empathy, respect, and a strengths-based approach, Lee supports clients in building resilience, enhancing their relational skills, and achieving meaningful personal and relational growth. He walks alongside clients so they feel heard, understood, and equipped to make positive changes in their lives as they navigate challenges and discover their strengths.
