Live Event Cancellation Policies
7+ days from scheduled event date: Full Refund
1-6 days from scheduled event: Partial (50%) Refund
Day of event (no show or written cancellation): No Refund
Online Training Refund Policy
If you order online training, you are eligible for a full refund up until you receive your online training materials.
No refund will be given after you receive your online training materials.
