Therapeutic Focus

Christine has extensive experience working with teens, families, adults, and groups.

Competencies

Childhood behavior disorders including autism spectrum, family/individual relational issues, LGBT populations, mood disorders, and anxiety disorders. Christine’s approach to therapy is based on what the client needs.

Therapeutic Philosophy

Christine draws from systems theory, cognitive-behavioral frameworks, insight and relational perspectives, and narrative therapy. She values an engaging, collaborative therapeutic relationship. She is also an Minnesota Board Approved Clinical Supervisor for Marriage and Family Therapy, practicing from a “Self-of-the-Therapist” model.
